Rose & Shore reduced fat macaroni & cheese combines stick macaroni "from the blue box" with custom made, reduced fat real American cheese sauce and natural cheddar cheese to make our take on this all-time classic entrée. The whole grain rich pasta is a unique blend of whole wheat durum flour, durum wheat semolina, durum wheat flour and nutrients from whole food concentrates. The stick macaroni looks and tastes like its non-whole grain cousin and, most importantly, it does not become mushy when heated and served.

Rose & Shore reduced fat macaroni & cheese is available in both bulk bags and individual trays and is available in 1 bread serving and 2 bread serving formulations. The individual serve trays are topped with shredded cheddar cheese for a macaroni au gratin style product.
